Any name can be carved out on the belly.
Doc Holliday paints were used on this project.
Base coat snowman Sky Blue. Dry brush several coats of White over the blue. Paint nose True Orange then with color still in your brush highlight with Daffodil.
Paint eyes black with a white dot for glint.
Paint gloves and hat any color. You can either highlight them with a bit of white added to your brush or add Duncan "Sparklers". Spray with Matte Spray. Add light fixture in back with a clear night light bulb.

DRYBRUSH: Buttermilk areas with 2 to 3 coats of Buttermilk followed with 1 to 2 coats of White. DRYBRUSH: Green areas with Green Mix followed with 3 coats of Golden Ochre added to your brush, highlight with 2 light coats of Buttermilk. Drybrush snowmen mittens and scarves with the original basecoat color, highlight with White added to your brush.
PAINT: Snowman hats Black and noses Orange. Drybrush snowman noses with Buttermilk added to Orange.
Spay piece with Matt Sealer.
Add Duncan Glitter Non-fire Snow to hats and trees limbs.
DOTTED SWISS SNOWMEN
Use a small pliable squeeze bottle and fill with non fire snow. Cut off tip just enough that the snow can flow through without too much trouble. Dot snowmen in a uniform pattern. Allow to dry somewhat. If peaks remain on your snow dots, lightly tap down peak with a gentle finger. Allow to dry completely.
Christmas Tree
This tree is 13 inches high.

Base coat tree DH Lexington Green. Dry Brush tree with DH Grass Green followed by DH Leaf Green. Add a bit of DH Willow Green to your brush and lightly highlight the tips of the branches.
Base coat the base (excluding the holly leaves) White. Base coat the holly leaves Black. Dry brush holly leaves with DH Lexington Green followed by DH Grass Green then DH Leaf Green followed by Duncan Holly. Highlight lightly with White. Paint the red berries DH True Red. Add Duncan "Sparkles" to the base.
Spray both pieces with Matte Spray.
If you want snow on the ends of your tree add Duncan Glitter No-Fire Snow. Let dry overnight. Wire base. Glue in plastic medium twist. Place star on top, but do not glue in star.

Decaled Winter Scenes
This piece stands 7.5 inches tall. Various decaled scenes are available from Christmas scenes to snowy scenes.
Base coat the decaled piece and the front icy piece in Light Gray. Dry brush white over the gray.
Base coat trees Lexington Green. Dry brush them with Grass Green and then Leaf Green. With Leaf green still in your brush add a bit of Country Blue and highlight trees to give them a blue spruce look. Highlight with White for a snowy look.
Base coat snowmen Sky Blue. Dry brush them with White. Base coat the Scarfs, Hat bands, balls at end of hat and mittens Country Blue. Base coat arms Medium Brown. Base coat carrot noses True Orange then with color still in your brush, highlight with Daffodil. Paint eyes and mouths with dots of Dark Gray. Lightly dry brush White on top of these areas.
Apply Duncan's "Sparklers" which is a brush on glitter to all 3 pieces. This glitter is self-sealing so your piece does not need sprayed. Allow all 3 pieces to dry.
Apply Duncan Glittering No-Fire Snow to base of front piece under trees. Allow piece to dry.
With 527 glue attach front piece to decaled piece. Let set overnight. Glue snowmen to front piece. Let set overnight. Apply clip light and enjoy or give as gifts.

Snowman with Christmas Tree Scene on Belly
This light-up snowman is ready to welcome Santa with open branches.
Base coat Snowman Sky Blue. Dry brush several coats of white over the blue. Paint nose True Orange then with color still in your brush, highlight with Daffodil. Paint eyes Black, add a white dot for glint in eye. Base coat trees Lexington Green, then dry brush trees with Grass Green, then Leaf Green, and with color still in your brush, highlight tips of branches with Flaxen Yellow.
Base coat Arms with Real Brown, then dry brush arms with Medium Brown, Toast, and highlight with Flaxen Yellow.
Bird on tree: Base coat Dark Grey, dry brush with Christmas Red. Paint beak and eye Black.
Hat: Base coat Real Brown, dry brush red parts of hat Leather Brown and then Christmas Red. Dry brush yellow part of hat Toast and then Flaxen Yellow. Spray with matt sealer. Glue in plastic lights.

Bringing Home the Tree
This cheery guy (8 inches high) is riding high with Christmas Spirit!
Base coat Snowman and base Sky Blue. Dry brush several coats of White over the blue. Paint nose True Orange then with color still in your brush, highlight with Daffodil. Paint eyes Country Blue with black pupils and lashes, add a white dot for glint in eye. Base coat tree Lexington Green, then dry brush trees with Grass Green, then Leaf Green, and with color still in your brush, highlight tips of branches with Flaxen Yellow.
Base coat stump of tree Real Brown, dry brush with Medium Brown, Toast and highlight with Flaxen Yellow.
Paint words imprinted on base with Christmas Red.
Paint scarf Christmas Red, add a bit of True Orange to your brush to highlight scarf. Add White dots randomly to scarf.
Base coat hat purple. With paint still in your brush, add a little bit of white to highlight. Spray with matt sealer. Glue in plastic lights.
